Please note that there is no reception at this property. Check-in and check-out takes place via smartphone and over the check-in kiosk inside the property. Guests will receive check-in information via e-mail.If you stay for three to seven nights, your room will be cleaned every second night, and you will receive a set of new towels if you wish. If you stay longer than 7 nights, we will clean your room once a weekGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The location was super close to Cologne and everything was in a walking distance. It was easy to check in/out. If we had any queries the staff responded super quickly via message and would come in person to check things out. The room was very clean and well kept.

Easy check-in, nice location, good quality/price ratio. The room was equipped with just the necessary things, we didn’t need anything more.

The room was very big, lots of space. The bed was huge and very comfy. There was a welcome box in the foyer with beers and juice as a welcome to those checking in. Even without staff there the check in process was very easy and you can choose to have a keycard or not as you will have access to unlock main door and room door from your phone with the link the hotel send before arrival time.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the cologne Cathedral - but still not too busy to hear noises all night! It’s clean and modern!
