Our stay at Hotel at the Museum was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The team is incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and caring. Their warmth and dedication truly make a difference. A very special thank you for the amazing birthday surprise for my daughter — the room decoration was breathtaking, thoughtful, and unforgettable. My daughter was overjoyed, and we were deeply touched. Everything exceeded our expectations: the atmosphere, the service, the comfort, and the attention to detail. We felt welcomed, valued, and truly cared for. This hotel deserves the highest rating possible. We will definitely return and recommend it with all our hearts.
