Excellent location on a quiet street yet just a short walk to the river and the main center. Excellent breakfast in a comfortable dining room which made me feel at home.

A good clean small hotel 5 mins walk from the main station. You won't get better.

After missing our ICE transfer we ended up in Cologne at the end of the evening. We were still able to book & check-in at the hotel. The hotel itself is situated ~5 min walking distance (with luggage) from the central station. The room was clean, modern and good looking. I used my own brought HDMI cable to watch an episode of 'The Office' on the TV which was a nice way to end our travel day. The breakfast was very good. The lady taking care of breakfast was very helpful and attentive, also spoke good English. The receptionist was also very helpful when we needed a printed version of our invoice and helped us fill in our reimbursement form for DB. Also, the 'in advance check-in' system works very well!
