It was a business trip to Cologne and we decided to stay at the B-Chill Hotel because of all the good reviews we had seen on booking.com. After staying three nights I can say well deserved, from the moment we checked in we felt at home, the rooms were clean and well designed, microwave, coffee machine and a beautiful bathroom. the reception was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable, thank you Mr Zahin.

We had a deluxe double with balcony, the bed was comfortable memory foam mattress, the bathroom had a clear window with a curtain for privacy this was enough as we are a couple. Powerful shower with hair and shower gel and the balcony was great. The front desk service was very welcoming and offered useful information on local eats. Service was with a genuine smile. The location was excellent for Heinzels Christmas market and a short walk to the Lint Chocolate museum, the riverside and the cathedral, and shopping area. For those of you that lime beer there is a brau house more or less opposite next to Athena and a good variety of restaurants round the corner.

I like everything about the property. It was the best hotel i’ve ever stayed. It was too clean & tidy. The people were too kind and naive. Especially the receptionist who is called Zahin was too nice to us. And Enver is the same too. They were too friendly and made sure everything okay for us during our stay. Thank you guys for this experience.
