The lady on the front desk was so lovely she was really friendly and helpful and gave us loads of really helpful tips for getting about on public transport. The location was great a leisurely stroll through the main shopping area to the river front with all the restaurants and the Cathedral and a few min walk to the nearest station which we used to get out and about fpr day trips to phantasialand, bonn the zoo etc.
