Good spot to break a long journey going north. Very scenic area with pleasant walks from the inn. Comfortable room, good food and beer. Big car park (but don't make the mistake of parking under the trees!

Everything was brilliant, beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food portions are huge! Be hungry for what you order… it’s a big plateful. Loved that dogs were allowed, I’ll book again and bring my girl labradors ❤️ I have a wet room at home, so being able to bathe was delightful.

The location is beautiful, the view from my bedroom window was rolling hills. The room was very nice, clean and well laid out. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and chatty.
