the Location is very convenient. just a door steps away most of the place to see. we were quite afraid of the noise since its in the city but we were happy we dont hear any noise from outside just from other guess inside the building. FEW TIPS! ADD 1 OR 2 KITCHEN TOWELS AND ALSO HAND TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM TO WIPE THE HANDS. THANK YOU.

We originally booked an apartment on the 2nd floor, but it didn’t have a washing machine, so we were moved to the 3rd floor at the last minute — thank you for that! However, when it was already midnight and I was getting ready to sleep with my child, I discovered that the bed was dirty — full of stains and hair. When I contacted the host via WhatsApp, instead of apologizing right away, she said the bedding had been changed and I had to start sending photos to prove I wasn’t imagining it. Only after I mentioned I would contact Booking.com did she offer to come and change the bedding. The next day she came and replaced it, thank you — but that night, my child and I had to sleep without a blanket. Also, communication was difficult. The host didn’t speak English and I had to use Google Translate in French. She often took hours to reply, had poor communication skills, and even called me “stupid” on WhatsApp (later claiming it was a typo). On the positive side, the location is great and the price is fair. But it’s very hard to carry luggage up the narrow stairs to the 3rd floor. And lastly, the hot water in the bathroom runs out very fast — if two people want to shower one after the other, the second one might have to finish with cold water.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment right in the heart of the city. The location couldn’t be better—just one minute away from everything you might need. The view was absolutely amazing, and the whole place had a charming, fairy-tale feel that made the experience truly special.
