Comfortable bed, good food for dinner and breakfast, and friendly and professional staff. Amie gave us a very warm welcome and send-off. Fascinating history of the village.

Excellent range of Ales, well kept and served. Food in the restaurant was outstanding value and very well prepared for a small kitchen. It's there own menu and cooked to order unlike the usual pre-prepared offering you get from most pub's these days. Breakfast, again was excellent value and nice to see a chef that can make scrambled eggs Oeufs Brouilles .
