We absolutely loved the place and location, the look and feel of a typical agro-touristic Umbrian-Italian farmhouse, the very welcoming host, the spacious and absolutely clean suite, the pleasant views from the rooms, the welcoming wood-fired chimney in the foyer (it was very cold outside), and the quietness due to its remoteness guaranteeing lovely nights of sleep. Breakfast was basic and consisted of chocolate-filled rolls, excellent fruit juices, and truly delicious coffee (Segafredo). Various tea bags were on offer too.

the owner was very kind and the view from the place was excellent! even tho we couldn’t arrive on the booked date the owner was very accommodating and made us feel at home. would definitely visit this place again.
