Great location near the lake and close to the train station. Excellent host, easy to get hold of on WhatsApp. Well equipped kitchen. The counters are a bit low, but that was perfect for my short wife

I try to reserve ten scores for the exceptional (a honeymoon destination or somewhere that someone with mobility issues would be happy to stay in and just watch the world go by). This is a lovely little apartment with a fine view of the mountains behind from the small balcony. It is an attic flat so most of the light comes from skylights apart from the glass doors on to the balcony. Downstairs across the courtyard and turn right and you are at the lake side with amazing views of the mountains (still snow capped in April). Just 10 minutes easy walk from the railway station. The ferry terminal for boat trips to other areas of the lake is just 5 minutes away. You could be boring and arrive by car (there is a parking space available), exciting and come by train (as we did) or amazing and arrive by ferry! There are plenty of places to eat though they seem to mainly serve Pizza. There is a good little supermarket just up the road (though a bit tucked away so could easily be missed). Good washing machine in flat (beware some flats 'with' washing machines refer to communal machines).
