Location close and walking distance to puzzlewood forest and clearwell caves. Location was perfect. Breakfast was nice as well. Friendly staff.

A comfortable, spacious room and a good powerful shower. A fan was provided in the room which was handy as the weather was very muggy.

Ideal location for exploring the Forest of Dean. Clean and comfortable room, Breakfast was excellent. Staff were welcoming. We have stayed here a number of times and the hotel is good value for money. An excellent Tapas restaurant next door is a bonus.

From arrival to leaving all staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful.Our room was on different levels and had steps,however this didn't impede our stay. The beds were clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, Hot and well cooked.
