Had everything I needed, enough space for a small room, felt secure but easy to access, housekeepers were friendly and asked if we needed anything, same for reception.

Have stayed at the North Hill Hotel previously and always found it very satisfactory. It is now under new management and the new team are clearly still finding their way! Nonetheless the staff were delightful and very helpful and the stay was again very satisfactory and good value.
