The peace and quiet is what I was looking for and didn’t disappoint or my 2 week stay- even though it’s quite central to town. Hosts communications were great and very helpful. Would I stay again - yes for sure.

Nice and spacious in a quiet location and conveniently located for Colchester town and castle. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. To have parking was great. Jana was very helpful and informative We would definitely come back.

The location was perfect by tge river and an easy walk for us to Colchester Castle park.

Everything very clean we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Location was perfect very pleasant river walk into town and local attractions free parking an added bonus. The host was friendly and communication before during and after our stay was great Would definitely stay again and recommend
