We enjoyed the spacious, clean, quiet apartment that looked out onto a beautiful garden. We also loved the fresh eggs, jam, bread, butter and milk that were left for us.

The location was perfect for our shopping trip to Colchester. The garden was a peaceful, green oasis with sunny & shaded seating areas, raised vegetable/fruit beds, bird feeders & a chicken house. We sat out in the afternoon with a bottle of champagne & cake & had a snooze. It was lovely to watch the squirrels & their acrobatics & two friendly cats at play.

Quiet and peaceful. Nice walks. Comfy bed. Nice touches like milk, bread, butter and jam left out for us. The host was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV and resolved it quickly. We had a relaxing stay which was the object of our break. Our dog loved exploring the garden.

Good location. Clear communication. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Very comfortable accommodation. Lots of extras provided - coffee,tea,milk,butter,eggs,fresh bread rolls,jam.Good selection of books, games and information about the local area. Lovely garden which our dog particularly enjoyed.
