There was one particular member of staff, she was on reception Friday night when we arrived and she had such a lovely manner! So lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I forgot my shampoo so was pleased to see they did a complimentary one. There was a wedding there so it was a little noisy but didn’t disturb my sleep🙏🏼

Staff were helpful when we had a problem with our room 132 room was too hot some heating pipes must run under the floor it wat HOT. Staff were helpful in moving ust to another room.
