Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos.A 1300 m2 garden will be available to guests starting from June 6th, including an outdoor swimming pool (7.30 x 3.60, height 1.20 mt), a barbecue area with gazebo, deck chairs, umbrella and children's games. This relaxation area, which is 30 m from the apartment, will be for the private use of our guests to ensure privacy. It could be used by the host's family members only when the guests are absent. Opening hours of this area are from 8am to 10pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Joao “Nice and quiet - good base to explore the lakes region”

The apartment is nice and comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and we will listen birds singing up in the morning. A car parking just across the street was a plus for us Silke was very nice and helpful and always prompt to help. Provided good ideas to restaurants and to several activities that we could experience. It´s a good base to explore the lakes region. Two bedrooms are available – one of it is kind of fiscally separated from the main apartment door. For us the 2nd bedroom was not an option as the 6 years old children would be far and separated by the main apartment door. Perhaps for older kids or for two couples could be a plus.

We loved Silke, the apartment owner. Although we only met her at our checkout, she was 'present' from the start at check-in (actually, even before, because she answered all my queries before I booked!). Silke was constantly messaging me asking if everything was all right; she even checked with me on the temperature inside the apartment. When we first walked in, what struck us was how immaculately CLEAN the apartment was; there was nary a spot anywhere. I loved the big windows which give it good light and make the apartment inviting and cheery. The floor plan worked really well for our family -- my uncle and aunt had their own room and bathroom on one side of the landing, while we had the 'other side' with the kitchen. In the morning, my uncle and aunt could just walk across to our side for breakfast. There is a washer and big hanging rack in a laundry room at the ground level, which really helps because we are traveling with limited clothing. The commune of Colazza is nice and quiet -- there is a quaint street with older stone houses -- some sadly abandoned or for sale, like in many parts of Italy -- and a newer, slicker part where Gisa Apartment is situated. I will definitely return to stay here if ever I find myself flying through MXP again (quite an easy 35-minute non-highway drive away).
