Amazing place- everything was perfect and soo beautiful. The owners are very helpful. The breakfast was amazing- home made products, egg from their farm, beautiful cakes. It felt like home.❤️

One of the most beautiful and relaxing stays I've had in a long time. The staff were so helpful and the building was beautifully restored and preserved the history of the farm. Would absolutely recommend.

Right from our arrival, we were made to feel comfortable, thanks to Luis welcoming us with refreshing tea and delicious cake. He also provided helpful tips and advice tailored to our plans in Coimbra. The house has a quiet charm about it and is very tastefully furnished and decorated while retaining its unique personal history- we particularly enjoyed the library / reading room and lounge. There is a small outdoor pool overlooking the organic garden and the loungers are perfectly set to catch glorious warmth on sunny days. Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and had an AC to provide cooling / heating. We felt absolutely at home, and I was thrilled to settle down with a book from the Guest House collection, which I managed to finish reading overnight. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, including local / Oryza produce, with vegetarian friendly options. Thank you, Luis and team, we had a delightful stay at Oryza and look forward to coming back very soon! 😊

The guesthouse was an historic building with an interesting story. The staff were super attentive and provided us a delicious breakfast and a comfortable stay. The courtyard, pool and garden were beautiful with comfy chairs and loungers.
