super clean bedroom and bathroom, modern furniture, TV & close to bus station. Possibility to use AC. The bar for breakfast is just a step out of the house door.

Just 1 min walk to bus station, but a distance from Uni. Bolt is cheap & easily available. MacDonald is just next door.
