This was my first stay at Zone Coimbatore. Mr Akash at the reception was very prompt and professional. Your housekeeping staff were very good. Chef Sachin made some excellent dinner. Though it was a short stay I always make it a point to interact with the staff since I am a hotelier myself. Thank you. Regards!.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and staff. The staff members are very good and always wear a smiling face, which lifts up the mood automatically. Mr. Manoj who was the cleaning staff for my room was very cordial and a kind person. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property.

The staff were all very good all round from the room cleaners, restaurant staff to management. In particular Deepak, Manoj, Poonami and Anil. The rooms were excellent I’d definitely stay again.
