Santharam “I didn't stay at all in the room as my booking had not reached the hotel. Poor communication by OYO”

My booking did not reach the hotel. I went there at 10 30 PM only to discover that Booking .com / OYO information has not reached the hotel and I had no booking. I even paid 620 RS online to OYO and its was also not communicated to the hotel. I need refund. The hotel in-charge was very kind enough to search few near by hotels / lodge for me and helped to get a RAPIDO bike to travel to the other place. If not, I should have slept on the platform !!!!!
