Very friendly and helpful receptionist, good breakfast. Big room with a comfortable bed. Central and nice neighbourhood with coffee shops and restaurant nearby.

I arrived feeling very unwell. Andrew immediately jumped into action and carried everything up to my room. He also spoke with a doctor. He is very kind and helpful. Top man!

simple but very cosy. we liked the real wood floor and bar of soap in the bathroom. Also nice and warm - with "proper"(european hot water radiators) heating. Way above the quality of most other, much more pricey, Aysen accomodation
