Dinner was limited being Monday so no A La Carte available. However the Soup, Sea Bass and Dessert we terrific, as always. Breakfast was perfect, although the Chocolate could have been a little stronger, a personal taste!

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of cognac, the manager was very knowledgeable and she helped with some recommendations to try the local brandy. Food was very good. A perfect short stay in cognac on out war to spain

A lovely hotel with some fantastic artwork. The room was well appointed and had a great view across the country side and down to the river. The meal on Saturday night was excellent.

Love the breakfast, which is amazing. The bed was really comfortable and the staff are lovely.
