Very clean, lovely view and great location but the best thing was the very kind receptionist (I'm sorry I can't remember her name). I had planned to arrive during office hours but flooding had turned a 2.5 hour trip into a 5 hour one. I had called ahead to arrange checkin via the lock box and arrived about ten minutes after closing. As I was walking down the street towards the reception and the lockbox I was met by the receptionist on her way home after her day's work. She established that I was the late guest, returned to the office got my key from the lock box and then showed me our parking space and room. I could have managed all this myself using the lockbox but being rather stressed after a very difficult journey, I really appreciated this helpfulness which was way beyond what was expected.

Good accommodation, comfortable, well located, water views. The reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We will consider staying here again, for longer than this trip which only involved an overnight stay.

Loved this 3 bedroom townhouse - clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda. Just a short walk to restaurants, bars and pub.

A lovely and very clean place. However, the main drawback was its location directly across from the train station. While I expected some noise, the frequent freight trains passing through—especially around 2:00 AM and again at 5:00 AM—created significant disturbance. After a long day of travel, I was hoping for a peaceful night’s rest, which unfortunately wasn’t the case.
