The staff/owners were absolutely lovely; very friendly and only too happy to help. The onsite Bistro was beautiful and the food was delicious. Again, the staff there were lovely.

It's great comparative to other accommodation in the area - You get what you pay for & this accommodation is more than adequate. I've booked here several times before & as I'm able to afford the best Coffs Harbour has to offer & happy to stay here & save myself several hundred dollars a night. If I travelled with a partner I would stay somewhere else with additional facilities but that would be as situation pending.
