The motel staff are both friendly & efficient, especially the managers, Jess & Josh, who went out of their way to accommodate us during our three week stay & convalescence in Coffs. They juggled their room allocations around to fit us in & no request was ever too much trouble. Same same the cleaning staff. The Chelsea is in a prime location, so convenient to the CBD and entertainment venues.

staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Parking was easy and so was checking in and out.
