Absolutely incredible! If I could rate this place higher than 10 I would. It's a hidden gem in Cocoa Beach, the views of the river are insane, we saw dolphins, manatees and fish jumping daily from the boardwalk. A perfect setting on the river with a short walk to the beach on the other side of the road. It had everything we needed there. The staff were unbelievably helpful and did everything they could make our stay the best it could be.We originally booked a studio bungalow but they upgraded us to a suite due to us travelling with our 10 month old. Superb all around! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable <3

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Gorgeous sunset and sunrise from roof terrace. Close to restaurants and shops ( by car).

Beautiful boutique accommodation with great spacious room along with care to detail in the room (e.g. I’ve never seen a black flannel provided for makeup removal before).

Super little hotel; easy check in, parking available, lovely decking for sunset view. Comfy bed; great shower.
