Situated on banana River with access to the beach across the road. Dolphins passed up and down the river everyday.

This is the best place we have been on our 4 weeks round trip through Florida. For the first time on booking.com I would rate 11 if I could. As the name says, this is truly a fantastic place lost in paradise. The hotel is not too big and not too small, is directly at the water. We had breakfast at the roof top with an amazing view. All the beach equipment is free to use (chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards and many things more). Kayaks and SUPs are as well free to use. We did a kayak tour which was fantastic. At the small pier which belongs to the property (see picture enclosed), we have seen two dolphins, a manatee, lots of fishes and sting rays. The kids were totally excited. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and have a small kitchen and a big fridge. We were so sad that we had to leave after two nights. Next time, and we definitely come back, we stay at least for a week. The price you pay and all you get ist just fabulous.

Superb location on the Banana River, over the road from Cocoa Beach. Free kayaks to use on the River, nice and chilled.

Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed comfy. Complimentary toiletries and nice towels. The view west from the decking over the river is lovely, particularly at sunset. Everything was very secure and the pool quiet - we could have had it to ourselves all day but were out exploring.

The room was very clean and well furnished Chris was hospitable and so helpful at the Lost Inn Paradise. She is very knowledgeable of the local area and beyond, I’d really recommend you speak to her before you venture out We lost count of the number of times we rode up and down the road looking for stuff😃 We loved the store room So many things for you to borrow for free, chairs, parasols, cool boxes and a cart to pull it all in So cute There’s also a really good washer and dryer and ice machine, which was really appreciated to get all that sand out before you travelled home The accommodation, facilities and location are to die for The website photos really don’t do it full justice The peace, quiet, cleanliness and decor are all you need I would maybe say a couple of nice wine glasses would have been nice, however, I can appreciate these probably were not available due to health and safety risks. The dock and the free paddles boards and kayaks were fabulous and fun too. You can also fish off the docks or walk across the road and fish on Cocoa Beach 🎣 We also managed to see Manatees, Dolphins, Osprey’s & loads of Pelicans on the river whilst we were there. Lost Inn Paradise is truly beautiful The name says it all We will be back ❤️

A lovely suite overlooking the water. Great views, fabulous sunset. Friendly and sociable setting. Friendly staff, excellent customer service- really helpful. Good range of facilities on site.

There is no doubt that this delightful studio is very stylish and situated in a beautiful location overlooking the river with the beach and ocean just across the road. Security and facilities, I.e. swimming pool and roof terrace were excellent.
