The location was perfect for us. It is in easy reach of Keswick & several of the lakes as well as the coast. It is not too busy being away from the honey pot regions of the the Lakes. the king size bed is the comfiest I've ever slept in on holiday & the settes with foot rests are ideal to relax in at the end of a long & busy day .

Good location and comfortable accommodation. A few minor problems and some essentials were meagre. We had a problem on arrival because the wrong pin was on our confirmation and we could not access the key safe
