My wife needed an emergency appointment with a dentist and they did everything possible to facilitate an appointment. The property was built a long time ago and so does not have some infrastructure ie lifts however the owner carried our bags up two flights and still smiled when delivering them to our room. The rooms (and the whole property) was very clean, all amenities worked as they should, nothing was broken. The breakfast that is included provided for all types of dietary requirements and lots of it.

Quiet location Good value for Cochem Appears to not have private parking, but it does a few minutes away

This is a family run B&B in an old building very close to the river. Just a short walk over the bridge and you're into the town. It was great to have parking included that was one street away. Breakfast was good but can be very busy. Rooms vary - ours was on the first floor and had an updated bathroom and was quite spacious. There is no lift and stairs aren't easy, especially with luggage.
