Great location facing the lagoon & a short walk to the ruins. Fabian was a wonderful host & served amazing coffee. Close to 2 cenotes - we were the only ones swimming in there - simply magical.

The property was perfectly located, a short walk from both the jungle and the Coba pyramids. Fabian was extremely friendly and helpful, with excellent English. The WiFi was great, my husband had a works call whilst there with no issues. Breakfast was simple but did the job, and was greatly enjoyed my my 3 and 1 year old in particular! The perfect spot for a getaway to Coba.

Fabian is a great host, kind and friendly and a great communicator for organising our stay at short notice. The room is in a beautifully built traditional Mayan style house and is set in a lovely garden overlooking lake Coba. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the room was clean with everything provided that we needed. A delicious breakfast is served in another similarly lovely building looking into the garden, coffee, fresh fruit and a variety of local breads, honey and jams. Coba Mayan ruins are a short walk from the property and it is a great experience to visit these by bike which can be hired in the ruin complex. There are several restaurants in Coba overlooking the lake. I would strongly recommend eating at restaurant Toj. We would definitely recommend a start at Casa Ik en Coba.

Fabián, the host, is very kind and knowledgeable about the area. It was like staying with a friend. It's generally very quiet, super clean, nice breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and big with hoy water, big bed, hammock and sliding doors towards the lagoon. We wish we stayed longer..!
