A small compound with a shared pool and sundeck, with two self contained studios/cabanes (including fully equipped kitchens) in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The host, Attieke, was very nice and responsive. The studio was very clean and well appointed. For a remote-worker like me: very fast and reliable wifi/internet! Only heads-up: this property is a bit isolated and it is quite a hike (1 hour?) to the Antigua Yacht Club and the closest restaurants/shops. So it is advised to rent a car (which you can rent via Attieke and Titi's car rental too!)
