Booked 2 rooms, one for my son and his wife, one for my wife and I. Both were superb - clean, comfy, every "extra" you could want. Property is in a small village, but Bath and Bristol are nearby. Landlady Lisa could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Local village pub (The Railway Arms?) a short walk away and great fun. Loved it!

Big bedroom with a comfortable bed, big bathroom as well and both were super clean. Lisa is a super friendly host with great communications before we arrived and could not have been more helpful during our stay. Excellent value for money as well - Recommended
