the staff was very nice, always there to help me :) noone bothered me! everything is close, within walk distance so you dont need to use any transportation to visit the centre/old town. very friendly neighbourhood, busy but also quiet.

I had the best experience ever. I was well received and the lady at the reception was amazing and she received me with respect and her English was perfect and the check in was amazing and Fast. The Staff are smart , welcoming and caring for the comfort and well being of the guests especially the ladies that works at the Reception. The place is Quiet and there are posts inside to direct the guest in all ways possible. The Room was as shown in the pics and described , the room was clean and nice looking and the staff consistently came to clean and to change the towels. To be honest, this was the best experience and each time I visit cluj , this the right place to be. I will never forget how they helped me as a student in locating my university. VILA VIDALIS , THE TEAM. They are the best of the best From the best of the Rest.

The location is great and the staff there are amazing.. They helped us about whatever we need.. So if anyone planning to to to Cluj, this guesthouse is highly recommended.

Close to the city center, beautiful setting in the hillside, next to the botanical garden, good breakfast, good size room, enough storage space to unpack. Easygoing, helpful staff. Reasonably cheap and convenient.
