All the spaces were very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the hostel was really pleasant and relaxing. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. The location is very central, with plenty of options for food and coffee just a few minutes away. The host welcomed me with a coffee, which instantly made me feel at home. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Rooms were not cleaned, brushed or moped for weeks (at least this was the look. A lot of dust and unclean areas, the bathrooms upstairs unclean.

Hostel-vibe: young travellers in the kitchen, Welcome-Cookie on the bed, easy CheckIn, luggage storage (could even store my bike for a couple of days), very central, information desk...

The staff was very helpful via email - they aren't always around on site but they respond quickly and go above and beyond. Having bikes included in the stay was a great bonus - I would highly recommend using one to see the city as the bike lanes are plentiful!
