The staff were extremely helpful and available. We landed very early in the morning and the staff came to the hotel to let us in. The room was very clean, modern and spacious.

We were very pleased with the complimentary upgrade from a Standard to an Executive Apartment upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The receptionist, Ms. Ianko Melinda, was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay — she truly stood out. Breakfast was delivered to our apartment right on time and was both delicious and well-prepared. The apartment was impeccably clean, modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet and ideal for rest, with a view that was far better than apartments facing other buildings. If we had to mention one minor detail, the balcony was a bit narrow — but it didn’t affect our overall impression at all, especially considering the nice view. Note: having a car is definitely an advantage, as the hotel is located in a peaceful area slightly away from the city center.

The place is refined, super clean, big and has everything you need in a house. Super spacious. Nothing to complain. There is also private parking available.
