Great location and a wonderfully welcoming staff - whilst a faded glory, it was exceptionally good value for money, Beds were comfortable and clean whilst water pressure and good water temperature made for great shower. Central location was ideal, and the bar and the staff made for a pleasant stay upon return to the hotel. Breakfast was good and cooked to order - overall, a basic and dated hotel brought upwards as an experience by the friendly staff

Friendly staff. Very helpful Hotel central to the town. It suited us we were attending a function in the town and was easy to get to our function from the hotel. And reception organize taxi for us.

Very pleasant friendly staff. The accommodation was reasonably priced and very good value. Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Clonmel town.

All staff very friendly, especially the barmaid and the breakfast lady Jakintha ( ?spelling) Excellent breakfast. Good music entertainment in the evening. Lovely town and so full of history.

Perfect for what we needed. Very central and affordable. Very clean and warm. Small but fine for a couple on an overnight. The two ladies at breakfast couldn't have been nicer. Maybe the coffee could be better is the only judgement.
