It’s a very homely place to stay with all the amenities you need. The food is delicious and the staff are really polite and attentive.

We stayed in Room 3 It was HUGE Massive very comfortable bed , plus a very large living area We had two windows, one overlooking the river Ribble , which was right outside. The food was very good also. Pendle Hill not far away for amazing walks with stunning views.
