It is the best rental that we have stayed in. The price was very good. The neighbours were very friendly. As I stayed there alone with my dog, I felt very secure as it has an electric gate entrance. I would definitely stay there again. The property and all the decor inside was fresh and new. The view of the Pendal hillside was glorious in the mornings. Dog walking great. The little shop Millies serves wonderful ice creams and lunches. The walk to Stonehurst is always worth a walk.

The owner Judi was quick at responding to any questions I had,I recieved a text on the day to say we could check in an hour earlier as it would be ready, I asked if possible to check out later which initially couldn't happen due to cleaners having to come for other bookings , but then recieved a text the following day to say they could accommodate, allowing a couple of hours extra which really helped us . The cottage itself is beautiful and very nicely decorated and spacious with 3 bathrooms, which was a bonus for us. It was a great location for the wedding we attended at Hobbit Hill. Close to everything in the village, local pub and cafe.
