Great location with beach view. Everything else all good, spacious, kitchen, washer and dryer. Nothing not to like.

Location was nice and quiet, we were located in 1 bedroom 1st floor unit facing the beach. Very relaxing with a short walk to a local cafe for morning coffee/breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at Agincourt in Clifton Beach. We had a comfortable, clean apartment on the second floor with a gorgeous sea view, and a balcony. Fans in the living room and bedroom, with aircon which was unnecessary.There’s a lift , which was essential, and undercover off street parking for guests. The saltwater pool was fabulous, very warm, surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation. Lots of sunbeds available poolside, with shade provided naturally as the sun shifted. I chose Clifton Beach specifically because it’s a quiet residential area with no commercial activities.
