The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. When we found out our hair dryer wasn't working on the first day, a staff member immediately helped us by letting us use one in an empty room nearby. It was also great that we could borrow an iron from the reception. The location is excellent—the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with supermarkets, a bakery, and a café right around the corner.

The location, although everyone was saying Clichy is not a good region, it was very nice. It had everything one need's around it and it's super close to every possible area. The staff was super friendly, the hotel it self is pretty comfortable.

Very nice place to stay in Paris for reasonable price. The room looks very new neat and cosy. The location is good a lot of places to eat nearby, a local market just in front of the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. The neighborhood is quite and very clean with no immigrants. This is the best place to see how real parisien people live.
