Location superb Bedding super comfy spotlessly clean towels very clean . Tv in master room Kitchen well equipped Heating more than adequate very warm in all rooms back garden great for dog and for grandaughter to run some energy off Easy to get to good instructions from owner and would definatly revisit Very homely Very welcoming Very warm and inviting

Very clean and modern with a lovely garden for the dog, near shops and Trams and very easy to access most areas from here, comfy beds and everything we needed
