We only stayed for a short stopover before an early morning flight, but I had to leave a review based on the staff alone — they were absolutely fantastic and so friendly. This was my first holiday travelling alone with my two young children who both have learning disabilities, and I had been feeling quite anxious. The staff were so kind and reassuring that they really put me at ease, which made all the difference. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

The hotel was very good……room large, beds comfortable, water in shower hot. The reception staff was friendly and professional.

It was a perfect overnighter before flying from Bristol Airport in the early hours next day. So to be very honest we didn't really get to do much other than arrive, sleep and leave!
