The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely place as we've stayed at Thorpe park many times, the price was alot higher than normal due to Easter bank holiday. We will definitely stay in this van again, we loved the location of it on the site and allows pets which is to for us

It was a nice, dog friendly caravan on a nice site. Deceptively spacious inside and came with a nice handful of kitchen appliances and smart TV. We were able to take advantage of the location of the caravan and venture out in to the wider cleethorpes area. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen and a small fridge freezer tucked under the worktop. Having a small deck area outside was nice, however due to the weather we weren’t able to use this much.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and key collection. Excellent communication throughout booking process and pre visit forms/ passes requirement. Comfortable beds, slept exceptionally well.
