Very clean ,was what it said on the tin .the hadded warm breakfast items were a real bonus ,because I hadn't read that it was a continental breakfast ,everything was good .

Parking straight outside, secure building. Room was so clean and extremely well thought out. Luggage stand, fan, ironing board and iron, hairdryer. Small dressing table mirror plus full length mirror. Large tv, brilliant tea and coffee selection, fridge, bottled water. Bed was very comfy and lovely clean white sheets. Bathroom sparkling clean. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone, such good value. Lovely breakfast and lovely guy checking all our needs were met. Absolutely spot on !!!
