The linens were the so fresh smelling and the rooms were well stocked with anything we needed for our short stay. The staff were super accommodating and very friendly.

The room itself is just what I needed. It's nice that you have your own bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary stuff. The staff is absolutely amazing, very kind and thoughtful. I had some car trouble at the provincial park. The staff helped me find a local who could drive me to Kamloops the next day, they even gave me some money for the bus fare. And I could stay in the room until the local picked me up (this was after checkout time). Very good service!
