Upon arrival it felt very warm in the unit. The temperature was 79 and the ac was set at 72. We ventured out to see if maybe it had just been turned on shortly before check in. When we got back it was still 78. I messaged the owner and she responded immediately! She followed up in the morning and had an ac repairman out right away. The rest of our stay was very comfortable as the first 2 days were pretty warm (to us Ohioans lol).
