This is a big hotel where all Western standards are met. Beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and helpfull, rooms and hotel are clean. A real hotel like you would expect. Breakfast buffet is good, alse a lot of Western style options like bread, cheese, eggs, yoghurt and all kinds of pastries. At night there is choise for the buffet restaurant, which was expensive in our opinion, but there is also an excellent a la carte option, food was tasty and fairly priced.

Breakfast was great, pool and gym also really nice. Convenient location to airport and some really nice restaurants near the park close to the hotel.

I like that upon check in, we were assisted right away and was given clear instructions on how to check in using the machine and how we can check out the next day.

Ideal for a stay when on the road to Pinatubo. Amazing breakfast and nice and professional Staff. Rooms a bit small and some noise from the hallway but nothing to ruin a great stay We made the Pinatubo trip ourselves but actually the Hotel offers this also, but we didnt know beforehand.
