Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.Please contact the resort directly in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on Sundays/Public holidays.Please note that it is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driving licence or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.Please note full payment is processed when the booking is made.This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. We loved the nature and views. However there is a lot of rubbish in and around the lodge especially at the dam on route to the zipline.

We recently stayed at the resort, renting two units for eight people. The facilities themselves are good, and the location offers a lovely view. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean and refreshing — and the restaurant staff were friendly and the food enjoyable. However, there were quite a few frustrations that took away from the overall experience. For a resort that costs R25,000 per week, it’s disappointing to be constantly charged for extras. Simple activities like putt-putt, ping pong, access to the play area pool, and even hiking and fishing came with unexpected fees. Renting a fishing rod is understandable, but charging for an access pass to use the resort’s own amenities felt excessive and left a bad taste. The dryer in the laundry area (the one on the right) made a terrible screeching noise and didn’t dry clothes properly. The shop on-site is also very overpriced and seems to take advantage of guests who don’t have other options. We also tried the Leap Adventures ATV tour, which was just okay. The guide seemed disengaged and didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, this is a nice resort with good potential, but the constant add-on charges for basic activities really took away from the enjoyment. A more inclusive approach would make a big difference for future.
