I enjoyed the breakfast but the waitress who was serving us wasn't the best I had to ask her for things she would forget and we were like two tables at the time of breakfast so I don't understand how she couldn't handle two tables.

The breakfast was excellent and especially the service that Wandile gave us. I don’t know who did our room, but I was very pleased to still find my rings in the room that I accidentally forgot. Unfortunately, however, the room was not cleaned the second day as our dirty cups were still there, and no chocolate on the bed before we turned in.

An absolutely stunning guesthouse with a castle-like charm that makes you feel like royalty. The magical gardens are breathtaking — every corner feels like a fairytale, Castello overlooks Clarens and the breathtaking mountains. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable, from the décor to the little touches that make your stay extra special. The staff are warm, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and enchantment — highly recommended!
