History of the castle and convenient location for Galway and other parts of the West

Beautiful place, full of history, life, and high-quality details. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we highly recommend it. Without a doubt, if we have the chance, we will return. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind, told us the story of the place, showed us around, thr castle and was extremely friendly. His little dog, Roxy, is lovely. Thank you so much for hosting us and for everything.

Wow! What an amazing place! Even better than in the photos! If you get the chance definitely stay at this beautiful property! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Amazing to stay in such an historic location. Coming from a country with zero castles this was quite a novel thrill. The buildings and grounds are great. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the chance to chat and get local information from the very friendly team there.
