Clean. Soft beds. Sheets provided. Heating worked well. Everything in working order. Next to new club house with playground, great bar, pool with slide and other facilities (if entertainment pass paid for). Sea path route to Clacton Pier- 20 mins cycle to all the attractions at the Pier which has fantastic funfair and huge, pleasant arcade complex. Some very decent eateries. Responsive host.
